Vision to Reality
The Graves Humphreys property had a premier location at River’s Edge in the bustling VTC campus corridor and great potential. A vision was developed for a pair of buildings which would include the creation of a new, high-tech storage facility, as well as the rebirth of the iconic Roanoke landmark. The complex would be rebranded as Varsity Park with a contemporary new look and a diverse, compatible group of businesses and services.

Rebranding the building and complex as Varsity Park represents a new beginning and look to the future, while the renovation will honor the historic past.
